Since 2007 Vonkel closely follows the students of the Dutch art academies. Every year we organize an exhibition showing the works of promising graduates. This way we selected amongst others upcoming artists Lilian Kreutzberger (KABK, 2007) and Inge Aanstoot (WDKA, 2009).
For the 2010 edition we visited the graduation shows in Amsterdam, The Hague, Rotterdam, Utrecht, Groningen and Maastricht. 7 artists were chosen for LICHTING '10.
LICHTING ‘10 shows the paintings of Nadia van Genderen, Miente Slot and Sjoerd Groos ( KABK), Ruben Kragt and Martien van den Hoek ( HKU), Mirdije Sheji (Gerrit Rietveld Academie) and Joachim Nieuwhof (Minerva).
We kindly invite you to attend the opening of this exhibition on Saturday 4 September at 20.00 hours.
LICHTING '10 can be seen from 2 September until 16 October 2010.
